Each extra site costs 60% of the plan price.

Pricing questions.
What counts as a site?
A site is one physical workplace, such as a yard, a factory, a depot or a wind farm. If you're not sure how to count your locations, ask us before you start.
Is there a limit on workers or logins?
No. Everyone who works on the site can scan and follow your guides, including agency staff and contractors. Admin, author and manager logins are free and unlimited too.
How does the free trial work?
You get 30 days with everything in the Site plan, and you don't need a card. At the end, choose a plan to keep going. Until you do, editing is paused, but workers can still open your guides.
What does paying yearly save?
Paying yearly costs ten times the monthly price, so you get two months free.
Can we change plan or cancel?
You can move from Starter to Site at any time. Monthly plans can be cancelled at the end of any month, and yearly plans at the end of the year. The details are in our terms.
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices exclude VAT, which is added at the standard rate.
