Wind, solar and battery procedures that open with no signal

Wind and solar work happens in nacelles, transformer rooms and fields miles from a mast. Guides are saved on the device, so they open with no signal, and sign-offs upload once the technician is back in range.

Where it helps renewables teams

Remote sites

Guides work offline, and the record of each job waits on the device until it can upload.

Mixed crews

Write guides in the languages your technicians read. The app's menus are in English, Polish and Romanian.

Sequence-critical tasks

Torque and tensioning work with a photo of the pattern on the step where it matters.

Evidence for the asset owner

Show what was done, by whom and when. On the Site plan, export it to CSV for the client's records.

Guides renewables technicians carry

Examples of guides you might write, from your own procedures or the OEM's manuals.

  • Climb kit and rescue kit pre-use check
  • Inverter isolation before maintenance
  • Bolt tensioning sequence
  • Battery storage cabinet inspection
  • Transformer room entry checks
  • Blade inspection photo record

Questions from renewables teams

See pricing, or read about Subtilitas for maintenance, demolition, shipyards and manufacturing.

Does it work at the top of a turbine with no signal?

Yes. The app saves your site's guides on the phone or tablet while it has signal, so they open later with none. Sign-offs are stored on the device and upload when it's back in range.

Can we give asset owners evidence of the work?

Yes. Each sign-off keeps the technician's name, start and finish times, the machine and the guide version. On the Site plan you can export the records to CSV for the client.

Test it on your most remote site for 30 days

Put one guide on one asset and see what the sign-off records show after a month.
